After much-needed summer break, we’re coming back to you with our new monthly specials. For this month, we’ve tried to combine the spirit of September, late summer days & influences of Rum Festival Berlin 2026. Without further ado, please find our new specials:
“Pear Pressure” first appeared at Redrum in summer of 2025. It is a perfect marriage of Brazilian cachaca with a unique pear & fireweed kombucha from Rudy’s.
“Amber” is a buckthorn-forward slushie cocktail supported by gin & vegan horchata.
“Spice Girls” is a cocktail based on a featured rum from aforementioned Rum Fest – HaLong Spiced Rum. This rum comes from Vietnam & boasts funkiness & spice mix unique to South East Asia. It is supported by quinquina, Greek mastiha & yuzu sake to give the freshness & complexity.
“Dryad” another cocktail previously showcased at Redrum Art Bar. It is based on Evermann blended whisky from Black Forest here in Germany & is spiced up by black sesame shochu, raspberry liqueur & Angostura to make a summery, refreshing & complex “Old Fashioned” twist.
“Pirate Booty” is unforgettable rum dessert cocktail, using Black Tot rum as a base mixed with chocolate cream liqueur with added complexity of hazelnuts & blackberry.
All in all, this menu is varied & eccentric, yet brings good familiar feeling just like your summer memories.
