June Special

June is finally here. Berlin is currently balancing three priorities: finding shade, finding a Späti, and pretending tomorrow’s hangover is a future problem. Conveniently, we’ve got five new reasons to hide in the cool darkness of our bar.

First came the (Gin)ger Zing. Rhizom gin, green amaro, ginger & lemongrass liqueur, basil and bergamot lemonade. Bright, herbal and spicy enough to keep things interesting. Like a summer breeze with commitment issues.

Tequila Way followed shortly after. Tequila blanco, raspberry & citrus amaro, porto branco and cardamom bitters. Fruity, fresh and boozy in all the right places. Sunset-on-a-rooftop energy.

Mr. Peanut started as a dessert craving. Gin, peanut butter rum liqueur, porto branco and chocolate bitters create something sweet, nutty and dangerously easy to love. The dark chocolate garnish isn’t helping.

Then Match-A Mezcal arrived in a cloud of smoke. Mezcal, matcha liqueur, sake and lime come together in a cocktail that’s earthy, complex and quietly weird. Exactly how we like it.

Finally, The Beach Negroni packed its bags and left town. Pandan, herbs, bitter bianco and dry vermouth transform the classic into something tropical, bittersweet and slightly sunburnt.

Five new drinks. One very hot Berlin summer. Choose your coping mechanism wisely.

All drinks created, designed & developed by Michael Korkia, with exception of “(Gin)ger Zing”, which was created & designed by Ella Fernandes.

(Gin)ger Zing

Taste: bitter sweet, herbal & spicy

Ingredients: Rhizom dry gin, P31 green amaro, Zin Giba ginger & lemongrass liqueur, basil & bergamot lemonade, served with a fresh ginger slice

Tequila Way

Taste: semi-dry, fruity, fresh & boozy

Ingredients: Cava tequila blanco, Cardusio raspberry & citrus amaro, porto branco, cardamom bitter, served with a dehydrated raspberry

Mr. Peanut

Taste: sweet, nutty & boozy

Ingredients: Berto dry gin, Razel’s peanut butter rum liqueur, porto branco, chocolate bitter, served with a dark chocolate piece

Price: 12.50 EUR

Match-A Mezcal

Taste: semi-dry, smoky & complex

Ingredients: Koch Elemental mezcal espadin, green matcha liqueur, sake, lime squeeze, served with a homemade dehydrated lime slice

The Beach Negroni

Taste: bitter sweet, exotic & complex

Ingredients: Bandoeng 22 pandan liqueur, Del Santo herbal liqueur, Luxardo Bitter Bianco, Giovannoni vermouth bianco dry, orange squeeze, served with a dehydrated orange slice
