The first October for Suspiria and we love the spooky season. To celebrate all things dark, fun and scary this menu goes all in the horror genre. Presenting you with 5 brand new cocktails: – “Chimera” is the lighter one of the bunch constructed on Fino Sherry, Maraschino liqueur and some tequila reposado topped of with sparkling water and some gore. – “Blood Stock” is a take on a Bloody Mary”, but using pisco as a base which gives the whole drink more fruity notes, while porcini mushroom infused vodka really takes to October vibes. All served in blood bags just for added fun. – “Pastel de Sangre” using pastel de nata liqueur as a base, but has plenty of character from Jamaican rum and ginjha, creating a bloody tasty dessert. – “Yellow Bastard” is one of the standout based on lemon basil smoothie liqueur with some sweet and spicy notes. – “Deviled Mezcaloni” is the star with the complex spicy and smoky notes all around.Trick or treat yourself with this delightful riff on Halloween.
