October Specials

Another year, another October for Suspiria & we love the spooky season. To celebrate all things dark, fun & scary this menu goes all in on the horror genre. Without further ado, presenting you with 5 brand new cocktails:

– “Wednesday” is the lighter one of the bunch constructed on black vodka & a bouquet of amari topped of with sparkling water & a rosemary twig – black as the soul of Tim Burton’s Wednesday.
– “Vampyre Stock” is our riff on a “Bloody Mary”, but all based on aquavit & a surprising addition of red vermouth. All served in blood bags just for added fun.
– “Black Plague” appeared before at Redrum Art Bar in 2022 & was a big hit, but never came, so here it is now. For all those who love coffee with fruitiness & sweetness, just like a sweet air circa 1346…
– “The Substance” an Oscar winner of the drinks, based on a uniquely aged & infused lemon-based aperitif creating a wild mix of sour, herbal, floral & sweet notes all with undertone of a unique anise-less absinthe from Zyankali Bar.
– “Tokyo Nightmare” goes full on Japanese horror with wasabi-infused gin & sake laced with avocado spirit & some cherry notes – all with deliciously addictive crispy seaweed.

All drinks are designed, developed & created by Michael Korkia.

Wednesday

Taste: bitter sweet, herbal & refreshing

Ingredients: Fuckoff black vodka, Olivea olive amaro, Amaro Clandestino, Selters sparkling mineral water, cranberry bitter, served with a fresh rosemary twig

Vampyre Stock

Taste: savoury & herbal with a hint of fruity sweetness

Ingredients: Linie aquavit, homemade red vermouth, bio tomato juice, fresh lime, salt, Worcestershire sauce, served in a bloodbag with a few olives on a side

Black Plague

Taste: fruity sweet with hinst of coffee & bitterness

Ingredients: homemamde red vermouth, Kosaken Kaffee coffee liqueur, Fuckoff black vodka, cardamom bitter, served with a maraschino cherry

The Substance

Taste: sour, sweet, herbal & complex

Ingredients: 3-month barrel-aged lemon aperitif infused with fresh basil & camomile, Choya sake, Basilico basil & lime liqueur, Del Santo herbal liqueur, Zyankali absinthe, served thro ugh a syringe

Tokyo Nightmare

Taste: fruity, sweet yet umami with wasabi spicy notes

Ingredients: wasabi-infused Rhizom gin, Choya sake, Abacaty avocado spirit, homemade cherry liqueur, served with crispy seaweed.
