Annual Negroni Week is upon us & Suspiria is participating for the 2nd time this year. For that occasion we decided to not only create some special iterations of Negroni for the Negroni Week. This is also a rare occasion where we will be using Campari as the key ingredient to those drinks to honour a great work Campari has been doing in charity & awareness work they do during International Negroni Week. Without further ado, presenting you the 4 chosen cocktails:
“Americana” is an iteration on “Americano” with a coffee twist using Kosaken coffee liqueur & Vermouth del Professore.
The rest are 3 variations on Negroni: “Spreewald Negroni” twisting it towards fresh cucumber taste using Spree Bio cucumber gin and fresh cucumber as garnish, while adding taniny flavours from homemade vermouth made out of Georgian Red wine; “X-Berg Negroni” using only local ingredients produced in Kreuzberg, Berlin by Abyme: Rhizom dry gin & Ambiq amaro; and lastly “Scarlet Witch Negroni” is a negroni twist using feijoa infusion & brandy as a key ingredient.

Taste: bitter sweet with coffee
Ingredients: Campari, Kosaken coffee liqueur, Vermouth del Professore, topped with sparkling mineral water, garnished with a fresh orange slice
