February Specials

February is the month of great cinema! With the start of the Berlinale, we at Suspiria would like to invite you to celebrate the art of filmmaking with us. And what better way to do that than with our cinematic special cocktails?

All these cocktails have been created with love for all film lovers and those who want to become one, and are designed to get you in the mood for the Berlinale. But maybe they’ll even put you in the mood to order a second drink, who knows…

  • Noir – A refreshing yet shadowy highball built on dark berry fruit and gentle spice, layered with subtle coffee bitterness. Bright and crisp on the surface, brooding underneath — like a rain-soaked city that never really sleeps.

  • Blue Velvet – A bittersweet and floral composition with soft citrus highlights. Elegant, smooth, and quietly seductive. A cocktail that feels just a little too perfect to be true.

  • The Grinch – A creamy, nutty dessert cocktail where green, fresh notes meet soft sweetness and warming depth. Playful and indulgent beneath its mischievous exterior.

  • The Substance – A complex interplay of sour citrus, sweetness, and deep herbal tones. Intense, experimental, and unsettling. Served as an experience, not just a cocktail.

  • Wicker Man – A semi-dry, floral drink with gentle smoke, honeyed warmth, and a touch of brightness. Ritualistic and hypnotic, evoking sunlit beauty that quietly smolders into fire.

Special cocktails have been created by Michael Korkia.

Noir

Taste: fruity & refreshing, with coffee notes

Ingredients: Giffard Casis Noir, Zubrowka, homemade kizil infusion, coffee bitter, Aqua Monaco original tonic water, served with roasted coffee beans.

Price: 10.50 EUR

 

Blue Velvet 

Taste: bitter sweet, floral & fresh

Ingredients:  Butterfly pea plant infused dry gin, Luxardo Bitter Bianco, Carpano Bianco vermouth, fresh orange squeeze, served with a maraschino cherry.

Price: 11.11 EUR

 

The Grinch

Taste: creamy & nutty dessert

Ingredients: Abacaty avocado cream liqueur, Basilico basil and lime liqueur, P31 green mandarine aperitif, vodka, Plantation Original Dark Rum, served with salt-roasted almonds

Price: 12.00 EUR

 

The Substance

Taste: sour, sweet, herbal & complex

Ingredients: lemon aperitif barrel aged 3,5 months with infusion of basil & camomile, Choya sake, Del Santo herbal liqueur, Zyankali absinthe, served in a syringe.

Wicker Man

Taste: floral, semi-dry, smoky & complex

Ingredients: Nuestra Soledad Matatlan Espadin Mezcal, Coya sake, homemade lavander & honey liqueur, Quinta do Vallado Porto Branco, lime squeeze, served with a dehydrated rose bud
