These cocktails are specifically developed for the month of February inspired by the cold & gloom in Berlin. It is meant to raise your spirits and make you all fuzzy & warm inside. So, without further ado:
- “Ent” – a highball cocktail based on earthy and malty notes of oude genever emphasised by nutty sweetness of Maraschino liqueur and all freshened up by Wostok’s Tannenwald lemonade with refreshing pine flavours. This would be great as an entree or for those who want something lighter.
- “Drop of Sunshine” – A lively dance of juicy grapefruit, earthy cachaca, and exotic Sayah liqueur. Captured essence of a sunlit breeze. Perfect to lighten up your mood!
- “Mother’s Blood” – An intriguing mix of amaretto, red wine, dark rum and cherries. Complex, and irresistibly smooth. Perfect to feel the full coziness of winter.
- “Emerald Grove” – A vibrant blend of tequila and mezcal with high citrus notes, followed by comforting herbal undertones and a subtle touch of smoke.
- “Hex Appeal” – A luscious blend of strawberries and velvety horchata with a hint of Anise for the dessert!
This months “Ent” and “Drop of SUnshine” has been created by Michael Korkia, while all the rest have been the creations of Valerya Shargorodski.
