April Specials

Let us introduce you to our April specials. The spring is coming slowly, but surely, but the chill is still in the air, so this month’s drinks reflect that state of change and uncertainty, giving you wide variety of cocktails between refreshing one with hint of spices in the face of “I Am Larch”; some creamy and nutty goodness with herbs and peach in “Silk & Cyanide”; smoky and deep flavours mixed with smooth swagger of “Take a Walk on the Speyside”; bold and uncompromising mix of grains (malt & rye), herbs and fruit in “Eys on the Ryes”; and even a complex and whitchy take on tiki cocktails in a formidable “Dead Man’s Bane”. In short, you won’t be disappointed and you will be rewarded in trying them all! 😉

All drinks here are carefully designed, created and developed by Valerya Shargorodski, with exception of “I Am Larch” created & developed by Michael Korkia.

I Am Larch

Taste: fruity sweet, herbal, slightly spiced & refreshing

Ingredients: Plantation Original Dark Rum, Montenegro amaro, Wostok plum & cardamom lemonade, served with a homemade dehydrated orange slice

Silk & Cyanide

Taste: creamy, nutty & fruity silky dessert

Ingredients: Topanito Tequila Reposado, 43 Vegan Horchata cream liqueur, Averna amaro, P31 green mandarin amaro, blue curacao orange syrup, Monin peach puree, served with a dehydrated apricot.

Take a Walk on the Speyside

Taste: Bitter sweet, smoky, smooth & complex

Ingredients:Maker’s Mark bourbon, Glen Moray peated whisky, Averna amaro, Benedictine liqueur, Punt E Mes red vermouth, chocolate bitter, honey, served in a glass misted with absinthe and Angostura bitter on the stamp.

Eyes on the Ryes

Taste: bold, herbal, complex with rye & malty notes

Ingredients: Wild Turkey 101 Rye whisky, Strega chili & saffron liqueur, Sarti fruity amaro, Zuidam Genever Oude, Dolin Dry vermouth, grapefruit bitter, served with a homemade dehydrated orange slice.

Dead Man’s Bane

Taste: sweet, fruity, herbal and boozy

Ingredients: Plantation Original Dark Rum, Ancho Reyes Rojo chili liqueur, Falernum rum liqueur, Ettaler Gelb herbal liqueur, homemade honey paprika & pineapple syrup, served with a homemade dehydrated orange slice.
