The spring is coming slowly, but surely, but the chill is still in the air, so this month’s drinks reflect that state of change and uncertainty, giving you wide variety of cocktails between refreshing one with hint of spices in the face of “I Am Larch”; some creamy and nutty goodness with herbs and peach in “Silk & Cyanide”; smoky and deep flavours mixed with smooth swagger of “Take a Walk on the Speyside”; bold and uncompromising mix of grains (malt & rye), herbs and fruit in “Eys on the Ryes”; and even a complex and whitchy take on tiki cocktails in a formidable “Dead Man’s Bane”.
