June Special

June is a month full changing weather, summer vacation anticipation, mid summer day, summer solstice and many more… So, here are the drinks that try to encompass as many of those vibes as possible.

“Black Forest” is a returning cocktail from inaugural special’s menu. All bursting with forest berries, pine, walnut and herbs, while having a nice shimmery finish.

We also have 3 drinks that appeared on Redrum Bar’s special menu few months ago: “Dirty Mango” – a simple summer drink with fruity mango notes underlined by bitter sweet taste of Cynar; “Pandan” – a glorious daydream of summer vacation anticipations; “Japanese Garden” – an aromatic masterpiece bringing together many Japanese ingredients together into burst of tastes underlined by floral aromas.

“Franz Diener” – a brand new creation utilising a unique lemon & basil smoothie liqueur created by Mumpitz. This truly Berliner liqueur serves as a base, but likes of tequila, basil liqueur and many other things makes this a standout.

Dirty Mango

Taste: light, fruity, bitter and sweet

Ingredients: Cynar amaro, Thomas Henry Mystic Mango lemonade garnished with a dehydrated mango slice

Black Forest

Taste: sweet, fruity and complex

Ingredients: London Hill Dry gin, Fuckoff Nightmare wild berries liqueur, Roner Zirbel pine liqueur, hazelnut liqueur, black walnut bitters garnished with a twig of fresh rosemary

Pandan

Taste: sweet, floral, exotic and complex

Ingredients: Cachaca Delicana 44, coconut rum, Choya Sake, Badoeng 22 pandan liqueur, Arizona Green Jasmin tea, cardamom bitter, few drops of fresh orange juice and garnished with a fresh ginger slice

Franz Diener

Taste: citrusy fresh and herbal

Ingredients: Mumpitz Lemon & Basil smoothie liqueur, Choya sake, Basilico basil and lime liqueur, Topanito tequila blanco garnished with a slice of dehydrated lemon

Japanese Garden

Taste: bitter sweet, floral and complex

Ingredients: Roku Japanese gin, Yuntaku Japanese Amaro, Lav’a Belle lavender amaro, Choya sake garnished with a dehydrated rose bud
