December is a festive month with lots of fun, parties, finishing up things, buying presents for your loved ones along with visiting your family, but it is also a magical season for potions and concoctions. This month, you will find plenty of drinks embracing the season through spice, herbs, port wine, hints of smoke and jolly spirits!
Long story short, we have 5 brand new potions on offer this month and they embrace the festive season as much as the next witch. 😉
– “Ume” is the light potion using a new menu additions of aged sour plum liqueur mixed with just a bit of spiced rum and a delicious plum & cardamom lemonade from Wostok. This is the drink for those looking for something lighter and easier.
– “Morticia” brings crisp floral and nutty flavours through clever use of gin, lavender amaro and wild berry liqueur, creating something delicate and classy just like the namesake.
– “Mandy Lane” brings more aggression to the mix through intense bourbon mix with red vermouth, Maraschino liqueur and just a touch of Averna.
– “Carrie” is all about the blood with the float made of spiced tawny port above a delicious mix of cinnamon infused mezcal, tequila blanco and agave syrup with just a touch of sourness through our sour mix.
– “Mary Shelly” has created a monster for us through generous use of spiced rum, red vermouth, homemade Earl Grey tea syrup and all creamed up with 43 vegan horchata to fully embrace the festive decadence.
This months only “Ume” has been created by Michael Korkia, while all the rest have been the creations of Valerya Shargorodski.
