Alcohol: 15%
The Suze Aperitif is a bitter liqueur made in France by the Pernod company. The traditional aperitif was once drunk in every well-stocked French bar. The Suze Aperetif was intended to counteract the wine-based aperitifs of the 19th and 20th centuries. Its upswing is currently in full swing and it has already found numerous fans. The basis of the Suze aperitif is the yellow gentian root and other wild plant extracts and roots. The taste of the deep yellow liqueur is bitter and at the same time sweet, spicy and tart. You can also taste delicate facets of vanilla and orange as well as a clear note of gentian. In addition to Pernod, the Suze is a real classic and is part of every French menu.

Latte Di Suocera (IT)
Alcohol: 30%
The “Latte di Suocera” , which translates as “mother-in-law”, is a herbal liqueur made by soaking herbs and aromatic berries in alcohol. If you want a little less revolutions, choose the “Lady” edition of the famous “Latte di Suocera”, as the original mother-in-law’s milk contains 70% alcohol. The smell and taste of the “Lady” Edition is characterized by anethole oil, a component of various essential oils and, among other things, responsible for the smell of the typical aniseed aroma.
If you’re now thinking: “Mother-in-law’s milk – what kind of name is that?” Then we can only contribute so much to the clarification: It is said that the inventor’s mother-in-law had a particularly sneaky nature and so he christened this devilishly strong liqueur “mother-in-law’s milk”. And what was initially a gimmick turned into a great liqueur success. But rest assured – you can drink it even if you like your mother-in-law.

Olympia Amaro (IT)
Alcohol: 28%
Particular characteristics of Olympia are a pleasant fragrance exuded by cardamom and lively spice and citrus notes imparted by timut pepper. The various botanicals present make it justifiably bitter, but a hint of sweetness makes Olympia even the most refined of palates appreciate. Thanks to its intense and versatile character, you can enjoy it mixed in a cocktail or on the rocks, but it does its best with fizz.
The Bitter Olympia Bitter is inspired by a woman who made history for women in her own way: Olimpe de Gauge, who fought hard for the rights of the defenseless, especially women, during the French Revolution. All her life she fought for their right to vote and speak as much, as they had the right to go to the gallows. And then, ironically, she died by guillotine.
A beautiful reinterpretation of Olympia by Manet appears on the label, holding a beautiful glass of Negroni.
