Glen Moray Peated (SC)
Alcohol: 40%
The Glen Moray distillery was built on the foundations of the West Brewery, which dates back to 1828. The brewery became historic thanks to Macdonalds & Muir’s experiments with wood finishing, as this was the first time they experimented with maturation in wine barrels.
Rich peat smoke merges with the traditional Glen Moray aromas of oak and vanilla. The smoke complements the fruity, sweet flavour palette perfectly and makes the whiskey wonderfully complex.

Wild Turkey 101 Rye (US)
Alcohol: 50.5%
Aroma: Intense vanilla and caramel. Behind it is warm smoke and spices.
Taste: Powerful and spicy on the tongue. Sweet toffee and caramel give way to cereal notes, some smoke and pepper.
Finish: Long-lasting with oak spice and smoke.
This Wild Turkey 101 Rye comes with 101 proof, a strong 50.5% vol. into the bottle. In order to live up to the name Straight Rye, at least 51% rye must be used in production. The storage took place in fresh, heavily burned oak barrels made of American white oak. No information is given about age. The first impression is full of vanilla, honey and brown sugar. It’s drier than bourbon, but that’s exactly what gives it that extra kick.

TEELING SMALL BATCH RUM CASK FINISH (IE)
Alcohol: 50.5%
This Whiskey challenges the convention of what an Irish Whiskey can be, with layers of unique flavour influenced by unconventional cask maturation techniques.
Hand-selected casks of grain and malt whiskey are initially fully aged in Ex-Bourbon barrels, then married together in Central American Rum casks for up to 12 months for a unique, dried fruit profile.
Tasting notes:
An inviting nose where vanilla and spice dance with bright sweet notes of Rum.
The palate has a solid Rum influence that creates a unique smooth, sweet and slightly woody marriage that sparkles on the tongue. Exotic fruit notes push through as well, with a sweet spicy finish complimented by lingering woody undertones.

Also very popular is the Auld Distillers Collection, which is bottled at cask strength and has a sketch of the distillery on the label. However, the Classic of Islay turned out to be the most successful bottling.
