The Salmari Salmiak liquorice liqueur is a premium liqueur from ice-cold Finland. The liquorice-tasting liqueur is made with liquorice root extract and has a dark, almost black color. Salmari tastes like liquid liquorice and is less sweet due to less added sugar than usual. The Salmari Laktritz Liqueur does not contain any artificial flavours, so the taste is unadulterated.

Alcohol: 45%
The only aperitif that is exclusively distilled from green aniseed. Invented in 1921 by Armand Guy, who thereby circumvented the sudden ban on absinthe. Enjoy these pastis as an aperitif or simply to enjoy the afternoon. This drink conveys the French way of life.
This aperitif will surprise you with its extraordinary lightness. This highest refinement through the distillation of green anise in the centuries-old stills gives the famous Pontarlier anise a fine taste that cannot be found in any other aniseed aperitif.

Green Meadow Vodka (DK)
Alcohol: 40%
Geranium Premium London Dry Gin from Hammer & Son.
Not too long ago my father and I decided we were going to make the best gin ever. Our goal was to create a gin that was dry and aromatic at the same time so it could be used with both clear mixers like tonic and vermouth and fruity mixes like juice, berries and fruits.
Right from the start we knew that a certain type of Geranium could bring special quality to the gin we were trying to develop and it would blend in perfectly with the obligatory juniper. In addition, the use of Geranium would correspond to the historical and original purpose of gin. It would add an extra dimension of authenticity.
After several months of (lustful) trying, my father and I found the recipe we were looking for.
Unfortunately my father did not live to see the first bottle in the shops but I have a feeling he is currently enjoying a fantastic cocktail mixed with our gins in his own personal heaven.

Badagoni Chacha (GE)
Alcohol: 40%
Badagoni Chacha Original is obtained from the famous Kakhetian Rcatsiteli grapes, known for their quality and intensity of taste. After crushing, the berries with pulp, juice and seeds are subjected to double distillation, which makes an alcoholic drink with a strength of 40-60 degrees. A distinctive feature of this drink lies in its unique consumer culture, which makes it not only tasty but also healthy.
After distillation, the distillate rests in oak barrels for 6-9 months, giving Badagoni Chacha Original a unique range of flavor nuances.
This authentic Georgian chacha can be enjoyed both neat and as part of cocktails. Its intense aroma and multifaceted flavors make it a versatile companion. However, the greater strength compared to vodka, whiskey or brandy requires some caution in handling. In Georgia, chacha is traditionally celebrated as an aperitif or main table drink.
Historically, Chacha even enjoyed the admiration of figures like Stalin. At the Yalta conference in February 1939, Stalin proudly presented the Georgian Chacha to Roosevelt and Churchill. The revolutionary leader called the drink one of the best types of vodka.

Malpaso Reservado Pisco (CL)
Alcohol: 40%
In terms of aroma and taste, the Pisco MalPaso Reservado has a lot to offer. You can hear a slight overtone of oak and sweetness, which complements the main fruity notes. Every now and then the mature Pisco also shows its floral side. The Muscat grapes come into their own wonderfully. Lemon and honey join pear, peach and spice cake. You can tell that the long and harmonious Pisco Malpaso Reservado with a lemony profile has been allowed to rest for a while. Comparable to Reposado Tequila or golden rum, it has a mature elegance, but also a youthful temperament.
