Apulia , how beautiful it is when the almonds ripen. You know La Dolce Vita. What you may not know is the Adriatico Bianco Liquore Amaretto , which comes from there. For this fine wine, the Apulian almonds are not roasted, but crushed before the maceration process begins. Because the Crushed Almonds Amaretto is produced with less sugar than comparable Amaretti, it has a very pleasant sweetness that doesn’t immediately overwhelm you. It is also refined with almond milk, so that the vegan lifestyle is also taken into account. Creamy on the palate, the white Amaretto has notes of marzipan and – logically – crushed almonds , but also impresses with delicate notes of vanilla, cinnamon, cocoa and a hint of coffee and molasses. Almost a drop of Puglia in a glass.
