Annual Negroni Week is upon us and Suspiria is participating for the 1st time this year. For that occassion we decided to not only create some out there iterations of Negroni for our monthly specials, but also add 5 special drinks just for the negroni week. This is also a rare occasion where we will be using Campari as the key ingredient to those drinks to honour a great work Campari has been doing in charity and awareness work they do during International Negroni Week. Without further ado, presenting you the 5 chosen cocktails: “Americana ” is an iteration on “Americano” with a coffee twist using Kosaken coffee liqueur and Vermouth del Professore. The rest are 4 variations on Negroni: “Spreewald Negroni” twisting it towards fresh cucumber taste using Spree Bio cucumber gin and fresh cucumber as garnish, while adding taniny flavours from homemade vermouth made out of Georgian Red wine; “Rye Boulevardier” going strong on Wild Turkey 101 Rye with bitter and floral notes; “Pisco Negroni”, a variation using Malpaso Pisco Reservado mixed with a homemade red vermouth based on Georgian wine; And lastly “Spiced Mezcaloni” is a spicy variation on the classic using Ancho Reyes Verde chili liqueur and dry white vermouth.
